General Terms and Conditions Brisbane Air Cleaner Services

FILTER HANDLING PRODCEDURE STATEMENT

Title of goods sold by BRISBANE AIR CLEANER SERVICES does not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.

Products are shipped F/On (Freight on)

Brisbane Air Cleaner Services takes no responsibility for errors in looking up part numbers when customers fail to produce original filter numbers and or equipment make, model, manufactured date.

Models can change mid year and imported vehicles can come from different countries.

Purchase order numbers

If order numbers are required on your invoice a paper copy with your with your order number must be supplied at time of invoicing (no order number, no goods).

For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately.

Any discrepancies should be reported to BRISBANE AIR CLEANER SERVICES within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Return Policy

All goods require return authorization, and must be returned in the original packaging complete with all accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, in a clean and saleable condition with a copy of purchase invoice to obtain a credit.

We can only accept goods in original packaging in a saleable condition for return for credit.

Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same. But item must be returned to Brisbane Air Cleaner Services.

All defective parts may be subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by manufacturer.

All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties.

BRISBANE AIR CLEANER SERVICES reserves the right to ascertain if parts are faulty.

Return Authorization

All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.

We do not accept returns without an RA number.

Full name of purchaser (i.e., name of buyer) complete with phone number

Invoice Number

Date Purchased

Part number to be returned

Reason for return

Please use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new item.

We will ship them to you immediately when they are available.

Obtain an RA number, and clearly write the number on both the invoice copy and the RA Form enclosed with the returned merchandise and on the packing from outside.

Please keep the RA number and reference it when calling to check on the status of your return.

All calls requesting RA should be between the hours of (8.30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding the national and religious holidays).

BRISBANE AIR CLEANER SERVICES shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue/income, loss of use from this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Warranty

Warranties of merchandise are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth by each manufacturer.

Back-order Policy

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will inform you when we expect that product to be available.

Products on back-order will be despatched using the shipping method you chose.

Back Ordered Parts will not be accepted to be returned for credit If you would like to change your shipping method, please send email to sales@brisbaneaircleaners.com.au and we will change it for you.
